Order Processing

Allow 2-3 weeks in addition to shipping times for made to order designs.

For jewelry that is ready to ship  allow 5 business days in addition to shipping times.

Each jewelry description will state made to order or ready to ship.

All orders are created and packaged with care.

Shipping

USPS Priority Mail Shipping is used for Domestic and USPS First Class for International orders. Tracking orders will be emailed once jewelry is shipped out. Robin Erfe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Orders: 2-3 Business days

International Orders: 2-3 Business weeks

International buyers are responsible for custom and import taxes that may apply.

Refund Policy

Before sending any jewelry back please fill out contact form. Please use “Refund or Exchange Request” in the subject line.

Made to Order Jewels are not refundable. Exchanges are available for jewelry that comes back in original packaging and unworn. Please email within 7 days of receiving. Please mail back within 14 days in a secure box. Once received and checked confirmation will be sent and a new jewel can be selected. The jewelry piece must be of same value or if higher, the remainder is covered by client.

Ready to Ship Jewels except earrings are available for refunds or exchanges for jewelry that comes back in original packaging and unworn. Please email within 7 days of receiving. Please mail back within 14 days in a secure box. Once received and checked a refund will be issued. 

If an exchange was requested,  confirmation will be sent and is to be used within 14 days. 

If jewelry is not received or comes back worn or broken a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Please note shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
