Refund & Exchange Policy

Before sending jewelry back email contact@robinerfe.art or message here. Please use “Refund or Exchange Request” in the subject line. 

Made to Order Jewels are not refundable. Exchanges are available.

  • Please email within 7 days of receiving.
  • A return shipping label will be emailed to you.
  • Mail back within 14 days in a secure box.
  • Jewelry must come back in original form and unworn to be approved.
  • Once received, checked, and approved an email will be sent to you to check what jewel you would like to be sent to you for your exchange. 

Ready to Ship Jewels are available for refunds or exchange.

If requesting an exchange:
  • Once received, checked, and approved let us know what jewel you would like to exchange with. Jewelry needs to be of same or less monetary value. The exchange amount can be put towards a jewelry piece that is of higher monetary value with the remaining amount paid by you. 
If requesting a refund:
  • Once received, checked, and approved a refund will be issued. Please allow some time for bank processing. If you have not received a refund within 5 business days please contact@robinerfe.art

Please note the jewelry needs to be inspected and approved before exchange or refund is issued.

Please note shipping costs are covered by the client.
